We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently in a flat-rate environment, and wants to build a long-term career with one of the Northwest's premier Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, suspension, engine, and transmission repairs
• Complete repairs following factory standards while maintaining strong productivity
• Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures
• Collaborate with experienced advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Flat-rate technician experience required or strongly preferred
• Journeyman or higher-level production capability
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Experience in dealership or high-volume shop preferred
• Professional, disciplined work ethic

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
