Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are looking for a motivated and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our Mercato team for the season.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams on the floor, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service standards
Support, motivate, and guide the service team during shifts
Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and on-the-job training
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to maintain Four Seasons standards
Support inventory control, POS procedures, and cost-awareness initiatives
Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for guest service and attention to detail
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
Flexibility to work shifts according to operational needs
