TO SUPERVISE MEPFS ACTIVITIES IN LAND DEVELOPMENT WORKS

OF FUNCTIONS

• Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs.
• Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures
• Conducts testing of MEPFS and documents results
• Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system
• Analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
• Ability to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretations.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations whenever required.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

• Write clear and concise reports and technical descriptions
• Must be willing to be assigned in Havila Project, Taytay, Rizal
