Purpose of Role
To execute the construction of the project in a particular discipline in accordance with contract
requirements within allocated time and budget whilst maintaining the Companys Quality and HSE
systems on site to achieve maximum customers satisfaction.
A Swimming Pool Construction MEP Technician specializes in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
(MEP) systems involved in swimming pools. To ensures that all technical aspects of pool construction
meet safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards. Here are the key responsibilities:
Installation of MEP Systems: Set up pumps, filtration units, heating/cooling systems, and
electrical components.
Plumbing & Drainage: Install pipes, drainage systems, and waterproofing solutions.
Electrical Work: Wire lighting, automation systems, and control panels.
Water Treatment & Circulation: Ensure proper chemical dosing, filtration, and water flow.
Safety & Compliance: Follow local regulations and industry standards for pool construction.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and fix issues in MEP systems during and after construction.
Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless
execution.
