2. Quality Control: Ensuring MEP work meets quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
3. Site Management: Coordinating and managing MEP site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
4. Progress Monitoring: Tracking progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
5. Safety Management: Ensuring MEP teams follow safety protocols and regulations.
6. Communication: Collaborating with other project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Problem-Solving: Resolving MEP-related issues and conflicts.
Additional Tasks
1. Conducting site inspections and audits.
2. Reviewing and approving MEP work.
3. Managing MEP materials and equipment.
4. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Maintaining accurate records and reports.
