Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works at the project site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality requirements.
• Manage and guide a team of technicians and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on MEP activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during project execution.
• Monitor materials and equipment usage, ensuring efficient allocation and minimal wastage.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in MEP supervision, preferably within the UAE.
• Nationality: Indian / Filipino / Nepali candidates preferred.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, industry codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
