At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
As our data center business continues to grow, we're looking for an MEP Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading field operations for some of the most complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems being built today. This role offers a unique opportunity to help deliver hyperscale and enterprise data center projects while contributing to the growth and future of Boldt's expanding data center construction program.
In this position, you'll lead field operations focused on the successful installation, coordination, and execution of critical MEP systems that power and support mission-critical environments. Working alongside project managers, trade partners, commissioning teams, owners, and craft professionals, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to coordinate complex mechanical and electrical scopes in an ever-changing construction environment.
Whether you're overseeing equipment installations, coordinating utility tie-ins, driving schedule performance, managing trade sequencing, or supporting commissioning and turnover activities, you'll play a key role in bringing some of the nation's most advanced facilities online.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
At Boldt, high performance starts with strong relationships. We believe the best projects are delivered by teams that trust each other, communicate openly, and take ownership from the field to the office. Our culture blends accountability with support, where learning, mentorship, and collaboration power results. You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.
