The MEP Quantity Surveyor will support the project team in preparing accurate measurements, estimates, cost analysis, and BOQs related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. The role requires experience handling MEP quantity takeoffs and the ability to interpret complex MEP drawings.
Perform MEP quantity takeoffs from AutoCAD drawings or PDF plans.
Prepare BOQs, material quantity sheets, and cost estimates for MEP works.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Support procurement with material cost evaluation and supplier comparison.
Assist in cost control and preparation of monthly progress valuations.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, design teams, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with CESMM3 and industry-standard measurement practices.
Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in MEP QS roles (preferably in infrastructure or building projects).
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD takeoff or PDF drawing takeoff
CESMM3 measurement standard
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English.
Contract Duration: 3 Months
