Take full ownership of all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) scopes from start to handover.
Manage coordination between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure they meet performance and client requirements.
Ensure timely procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
Drive project delivery within strict timelines, maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Lead project meetings and manage site reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
Oversee and manage MEP budget, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
5+ years of MEP project experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record managing data centers, hospitals, cleanrooms, or other mission-critical environments
Familiar with local codes, international standards (e.g. ASHRAE, IEEE), and fast-track construction practices.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions.
