Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall project planning and management including design, tender management and supervision of A&A, New Works and Improvement Works in operations, repairs and maintenance of all MEP works as assigned.
Support all other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds are in optimum conditions.
Provide technical support to Design Development in all MEP aspects.
Support training and provide opportunity for employee development from within.
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, revise the schedule as required.
Determine the objective and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at tis completion.
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Job Requirements:
At least 8 yearsâ experience in project direction in a similar capacity within the hospitality, entertainment, and/or gaming industries.
Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, Building Services, or other relevant disciplines.
Excellent English communication skills, with a good command of spoken and/or written Chinese preferred.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Strong capability and application of leadership management concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, employee development, and cross-team effectiveness. Ability to establish an independent view and effectively collaborate in decision-making.
