Position: MEP Project Lead responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage data centre MEP construction projects from planning through to practical completion

• 
  Take full accountability for quality, cost, programme, and safety across all MEP scopes

• 
  Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and documentation; flag risks and drive mitigation

• 
  Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, progress claims, and invoice validation

• 
  Coordinate QA/QC audits, site inspections, and engagement reviews throughout construction

• 
  Handle contractual notices, variations, and project correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

• 
  Liaise with the commissioning team to ensure smooth transition from construction to T&C and final handover

• 
  Support tendering activities when required

Position: MEP Commissioning Manager responsibilities

• 
  Develop and lead T&C execution plans for Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Heat Load Testing (HLT) phases

• 
  Review design documents, basis of design, system sequence of operations, and vendor test scripts

• 
  Coordinate with the Commissioning Agent (CxA) on test script review and timely approvals

• 
  Lead and manage all vendor T&C activities, outlining clear requirements across the full T&C lifecycle

• 
  Own safety, scope, schedule, and budget for all commissioning activities; report progress to senior management

• 
  Conduct site inspections monitoring QA/QC, construction progress, and commissioning best practices

• 
  Support Uptime Institute Tier Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) compliance where applicable

• 
  Compile and submit the final IST report; oversee smooth handover following successful IST completion

Requirements

MEP Project Lead

• 
  Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil & Structural, Construction Management, or related field

• 
  Minimum 5 years in project management, ideally in data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction

• 
  Strong grasp of project documentation, contract administration, and site operations

• 
  Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments

MEP Commissioning Manager

• 
  Degree in a relevant MEP engineering discipline

• 
  Minimum 5 years in Testing & Commissioning, with data centre experience strongly preferred

• 
  Able to handle Level 1 to Level 6 T&C for data centre systems

• 
  Familiar with IST, HLT, CxA coordination, and Uptime Institute Tier certification processes
