This is a full-time hybrid role for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Maintenance Supervisor based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The MEP Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining records of all maintenance activities. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
