This is a remote position.

We're seeking an MEP Job Captain to lead modeling efforts for one of our client's engineering project teams. Our client is a well-established MEP firm with a strong project portfolio across commercial, healthcare, and mission critical work, supported by a tenured engineering bench and modern BIM workflow. Their leadership invests in their modeling team and gives senior staff real ownership across the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Lead production of electrical and MEP models across multiple concurrent projects
• 
  Run clash detection workflows and coordinate resolution with internal teams and trade partners
• 
  Manage RFI responses tied to modeling, coordination, and constructability questions
• 
  Direct junior modelers and designers through deliverables, deadlines, and quality reviews
• 
  Enforce QA/QC standards across model accuracy, content libraries, and project documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  5+ years of BIM experience on commercial or institutional MEP projects
• 
  Advanced proficiency in Revit for electrical or full MEP modeling
• 
  Strong working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash management
• 
  Prior experience leading or mentoring modeling teams
• 
  Solid understanding of construction documentation and trade coordination
• 
  Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• 
  Clear written and verbal communication for cross-discipline collaboration
• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred
