Job Description

The MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. He ensures that all tasks are executed in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves overseeing teams of technicians, assigning daily work, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance to achieve timely and efficient project completion.

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure proper execution according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Monitor material usage, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and proper handling.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
