The MEP Estimator is responsible for independently preparing mechanical, HVAC, and/or plumbing estimates, technical proposals, cost models, and risk analyses for complex institutional and mission-critical projects.

What you need to bring to the table:
3-5 years of estimating experience in the MEP disciplines (Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing). Experience does not need to be exclusively mechanical—strong plumbing or HVAC estimating experience is equally valuable.
