Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Ensure all MEP systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.
  • Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets for MEP components of the project.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment

A. Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP design and construction.
  • Supervisor Certificate Class I or II (compulsory)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
