Responsibilities:

You responsible for overseeing and managing all MEP aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage the MEP aspects of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Independently lead the overall delivery of small to mid sized Data Center projects as a project lead Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all MEP requirements are met according to project timelines.
• Lead and contribute to the MEP scope development for the project
• Conduct constructability analysis at different stages of design for consideration into design scheme
• Manage the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing & drainage systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire detection & protection, water & sewage, BMSsystems.
• Monitor and control MEP project costs, ensuring that they stay within budget.
• Identify and address potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related issues, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any MEP-related issues that may arise during construction.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
• 13+ years of experience in MEP construction management, with at least 5 years focused on data center projects.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire systems, BMS, plumbing & drainage
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP aspects of large-scale construction projects, particularly in data centers or critical facilities.
• Good knowledge of interface & interdependencies between MEP and other system like CSA (Civil, Structure, Architecture) in Data Centre Construction
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to independently lead the delivery of small to mid sized data center projects as a project lead.
