Job Description

Job Duties:

• Analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basic
• Establish procurement strategy and planning with relevant teams in project
• Coordinate with collections team for timely collection of payments from clients
• Coordinate with financial institutions for timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
• Create project cash flow reports periodically basis analysis of costs incurred across all cost centers
• Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client
• Manage competing priorities and conflicts with other work streams

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in main contractors is preferable
• NEC experience is preferable
• Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
• Strong leadership skills and decision making
