Job Description

This position is for Mentors for newly hired teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications: Application Procedure:

• Tenured employees prefered
• Should be certified in the same content and grade level (if possible)
• Has a solid knowledge of pedagogy and instructional practices
• Is willing to provide a nurturing and supportive environment
• Is able to provide guidance to new teacher mentees with student discipline, the teacher evaluation system, handling the special needs populations etc

Stipend $500-$1000 per school year
