
Under a board-approved supervisor, provides clinical and consultative services to prevent, assess, evaluate, and treat mental emotional or behavioral disorders of youth ages 3-20 within the Wellness for Children and Adolescents Restorative Empowerment (WE CARE) Clinic.
Schedule: Hybrid
3 days in-clinic, 2 days from home.
Provides counseling and case management services for patients using evidence-based practices.
Performs crisis interventions as needed.
Coordinates with referring providers and other professionals, family members as needed, to engage patient in care.
Provides liaison between clinical team, clinical leadership, and other professionals involved in the patient’s care.
Consults and assures continuity of care, conveys assessment findings, and implements therapeutic plans.
Prepares reports and other documentation in accordance with good clinical practice and institutional standards.
Performs all other duties as assigned

Up to one (1) year related experience
EXPERIENCE:
Up to one (1) year related experience
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
At minimum, registered with the Texas Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists as an intern.
QMHP eligible and on track to LPC preferred.
