The Mental Health Therapist provides therapeutic services including assessment, individual, family, and group therapy to support patient mental health and well-being. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans and support continuity of care across the patient population.
THIS IS A PARTIAL YEAR, 20 HOUR PER WEEK POSITION LOCATED AT HOLLINS UNIVERSITY STUDENT COUNSELING CENTER.
TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 8:00-4:30 AND FRIDAYS 8:00-2:00. DAYS/TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The Mental Health Therapist
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience required.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent licensure required or eligibility to obtain.
Life Support: None.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to establish therapeutic relationships and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

$25.77 - $38.66
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
