
Per Diem -- Days / Evenings, Mental Health Therapist, Intensive Crisis Residence
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, New York is seeking an experienced therapist for a full time position in our Intensive Crisis Residence. The ICR will be a licensed, voluntary, short--term residential treatment program for adults experiencing a psychiatric crisis, providing treatment and supports to help residents return to their previous level of functioning in the community.
Reporting to the Program Director and working in collaboration with a multidiscipline team, the mental health therapist provides crisis assessment and stabilization services in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent engagement and assessment skills, and the ability to provide effective treatment to individuals, families and groups.
Requirements: NYS licensed Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist with at least one year experience working with adults in an outpatient mental health setting.
Pay: $42-$44/hr
