Job Description

Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient setting! 

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful, independent living. 


Hours: 
  • Full time
  • Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 5:00pm 
  • Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm 

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain a mental health caseload. 
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, individual notes, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C. 
  • Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment. 
  • Attain occasional trainings & maintain licensure requirements. 

Qualifications include:
  • Active LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC license in the State of Maryland. 
  • Computer literate & experience working in an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system. 
  • Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care. 
  • Excellent documentation & communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.

Salary: 
  • $62,500 - $72,000 - based upon licensure & will discuss more during the interview process.
