What you'll do:
As a Mental Health Technician, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:
- Building positive and supportive relationships with clients that promote recovery and well-being.
- Conducting daily evening medication delivery and client check ins as needed, particularly on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
- Collaborating and communicating with CSP on-call during afterhours and weekends/holidays to report any concerns or unusual events.
- Providing education and assistance to CSP clients, helping them develop independent living skills (i.e. cleaning, hygiene, cooking, shopping, money management, social skills) while providing transportation as needed.
- Maintaining contact notes and other required paperwork in a timely manner and according to governing standards.
- Collaborating with a dedicated Case Management team to provide exceptional care related to client treatment needs. Attending staffing meetings during scheduled shifts helps reinforce collaboration.
- Complete annual staff training and professional development opportunities.
- Provide fill-in or flexible coverage as requested by the CSP supervisor. This includes morning and evening medication delivery and leading CSP group sessions on weekends or holidays.
- As a dynamic and fast-paced position, other duties may be assigned based on program needs.

Qualifications What we're looking for:
-  High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare, or customer service is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Experience working with adults who have severe and persistent mental illness and the desire to to become certified as a CSP mental health technician preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document observations.
- Ability to pass required background checks, maintain a valid driver's license, and meet employment requirements.
