You'll be part of a team that values connection, independence and supporting people to live a life that feels meaningful to them. We work within recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred frameworks, supporting participants with a range of mental health needs.
Supports are delivered in the community and, at times, in participants' homes, depending on individual goals and needs. No two days are the same and support activities may include:
