GRO is a community-based agency focused on promoting positive social impact in under-resourced neighborhoods. We specialize in individual and group therapy for youth and adult males who struggle with behavioral issues, emotional difficulties, and criminal justice involvement. We take an integrative approach to mental health care by offering wrap-around services such as vocational training, neurofeedback, and music therapy. Our culturally relevant male clinicians can connect with the most challenging clients.
GRO was founded in 2012 by Aaron Mallory, LCSW to expand treatment options for youth and adult males of color. A graduate of UChicago's School of Social Service Administration (SSA), Aaron has over a decade of clinical and leadership experience in the community mental health field.
