
Service Manager (10-Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Olton Grange, Solihull
Contract: Fixed Term – 10 Months
Salary: £42k pro rata
Are you an experienced and motivated leader in health and social care? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support? We are looking for a Service Manager to lead our Supported Living service, Olton Grange in Solihull on a 10-month maternity cover basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established service and make a meaningful impact—supporting both your team and the individuals in our care.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality support for individuals. You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care and support
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards
Oversee staffing, rota management and performance
Lead on audits, action plans and continuous quality improvement
Build positive relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
Support and develop your team through coaching and supervision
Proven experience in a Service Manager (or similar leadership) role within health and social care
Strong understanding of regulatory standards (CQC)
Experience managing teams and driving high performance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for quality care
