Full-time position available - Pay rate ranging from $17.50/hr. to $21.25/hr. depending on certifications and shift differentials (overnights and weekends) for Full-time and part-time positions.
Per diem position available - work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule. The pay for per diem is at $16.10/hr.
The Role: As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion. As a non-profit organization that began almost fifty years ago with a single assisted living facility in southern Maine, we continue to increase the depth and breadth of our programs and services for seniors, adults with mental health diagnoses, and people with intellectual disabilities and autism. Today, our dedicated workforce of 400 professionals provide individualized residential and community services to more than 300 people who live, work, and play in the communities of their choice at 27 locations across the state of Maine.
