
Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a leader in supporting individuals with mental illness challenges, is actively seeking an energetic and team-oriented professional to join our management team in Mental Health Services.
The Mental Health Program Manager- Community Homes (Program Manager) s responsible for planning, implementation, and supervision of the Community Hospital Integration Project Program (CHIPP) as well as the administration and execution of the Supported Living Program and the Fairweather Lodge Program. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the programs always operate in accordance with policies, state regulations, and within the bounds of any contractual agreements. The Program Manager manages and evaluates the program's progress, supervises all staff, and ensures that the programs operate efficiently. The Program Manager documents all staff's supervisions. The Program Manager is responsible for managing financial stability of the program and meeting budget requirements. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring proper staffing levels and staff assignments. the Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of the residential program at the Fairweather Lodge. The Program Manager is is responsible for ensuring the facility is always operating in accordance with policies, state regulations, and within the bounds of any contract agreements. The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for client outcomes. The Program Manager ensures that all documentation is performed, tracked, and managed appropriately. This position may report to the Associate Vice president of Menatl health Services or Vice President of Mental Health Services.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, flexible, with on-call responsibilities. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!!
