HealthWISE is seeking a passionate Mental Health Professional to join our growing multidisciplinary wellbeing team supporting people across regional and rural communities.
In this role, you will deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health care to individuals experiencing moderate to severe and complex mental health conditions. Working alongside Support Coordinators, GPs, allied health professionals and community services, you will provide evidence-based psychological therapies and interventions that support recovery, resilience and wellbeing.
You will work across a range of service delivery formats including in-person appointments, telehealth, phone consultations and community outreach, ensuring flexible and timely access to care for the people who need it most.
This position is suited to clinicians who are passionate about making meaningful change in rural communities, enjoy collaborative multidisciplinary care, and are committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services.
Applicants must hold appropriate AHPRA registration or professional membership (e.g. AASW, ACA) and have experience supporting individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental illness.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
