
Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assist individuals with a mental health diagnosis by recognizing and caring for their unique and emerging health care needs. This position works closely with support teams to monitor and coordinate health care services by teaching and assisting individuals in developing personal competencies that will allow them to more fully participate in their healthcare needs.
