Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and capable Female Support Workers to support a female participant with complex mental health needs in Brisbane’s northern suburb - Caboolture QLD.

You will provide one-on-one support focused on independence, wellbeing, and community participation, following a structured and individualised support plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support community access, social participation, and skill development
  • Implement mental health support strategies in line with the participant’s care plan
  • Build a positive, respectful, and trusting working relationship
  • Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the support team
  • Adhere to all NDIS quality, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated work experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Reliable transportation and Australian's Driver License
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting independence
