Empower Well-Being Through Relationship-Based Mental Health Care

Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week | Onsite | Day Shift | No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call

Why CareATC is Different (and Why You'll Love It Here)

At CareATC, we're redefining healthcare through a relationship-centered, employer-sponsored model focused on quality care—not patient volume.

Our Mental Health Professionals are an integral part of our interdisciplinary care teams, partnering with primary care providers to deliver compassionate, whole-person behavioral healthcare. Rather than managing overwhelming caseloads or productivity quotas, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that help patients overcome challenges, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve lasting health outcomes.

If you're looking for meaningful work, genuine work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a difference every day, you'll find it at CareATC.

CareATC Advantages

  • Predictable Monday-Friday schedule

  • No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

  • Competitive compensation

  • Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Disability, and Life Insurance

  • Clinic services and medications available at little to no cost for employees and dependents

  • Collaborative, team-based environment focused on relationship-centered care

  • Opportunity to practice integrated behavioral health alongside primary care providers

  • Promote behavioral health services through patient education, wellness initiatives, and outreach activities

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record

  • Build collaborative relationships with patients, providers, and clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oklahoma in good standing
