What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations

  • Engage with newly referred clients and families within two business days

  • Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis services, and community support

  • Coordinate care with providers, families, and community resources

  • Monitor client progress and participate in treatment reviews

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)



What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in:

    • Counseling

    • Social Work

    • Psychology

    • Behavioral Health

    • Marriage & Family Therapy

    • Or a closely related human services field

  • Eligible to obtain or currently hold a provisional clinical license in Illinois

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the field of behavioral health (case management, direct care, counseling, or related)

Preferred

  • Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns

  • Assessment, crisis intervention, or intake experience

  • Knowledge of community resources and behavioral healthcare systems
