We are seeking a compassionate and capable telephone-based Mental Health Clinician who is experienced in conducting mental health and risk assessments, and confident engaging with people across all ages and levels of need.
In this role, you will be a calm, trusted voice for callers navigating complex and often vulnerable situations. You will use your clinical judgement, intuition and empathy to understand each person’s unique circumstances and connect them to the most appropriate support.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Health Promotion, Sociology or similar (with current registration/membership where applicable).
