This is a unique opportunity to work within a small, alternative secondary school co-located with youth services in Pakenham- supporting young people who may not thrive in mainstream education.
You’ll be part of both the school community and the wider headspace team, working largely autonomously while staying connected to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
While this is a clinical role, your impact goes beyond the therapy room. You’ll take a proactive, trauma-informed approach to build trust, encourage help-seeking, and support young people attending Oakwood School.

You’re a confident and compassionate clinician with experience supporting young people with a range of mental health and psychosocial needs. You bring strong therapeutic skills and a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to your work, with the ability to assess risk, develop meaningful care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
