Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Lexington, VA

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) who wants meaningful patient relationships, schedule flexibility, and a career that supports life outside of work.

You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role providing mental and behavioral health services to patients ages 5 and older. You’ll have the support of a full clinical staff while delivering compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $69,000–$81,000 based on experience
• Medical insurance: 100% employer-paid employee premium on available plan
