QualificationsAbout the Role:
The Day Reporting Center (DRC) is a dynamic, mission-driven program dedicated to supporting youth who are navigating complex school, family, and social challenges. Many of the young people served by the DRC have experienced anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, mental health challenges, or barriers to traditional school engagement. This program provides a structured, supportive alternative to detention focusing on safety, accountability, skill-building, and long-term success.
Serving youth referred to by courts, school-districts, social services, and community partners, the DRC offers an environment where young people are met with compassion, consistency, and high expectations. Youth may be enrolled in school, transitioning back to school, or temporarily disconnect from traditional educational settings, the program is designed to meet them where they are while helping them re-engage in healthy routines and goals.
As part of the DRC team, you’ll work directly with you who benefit from predictable structure, encouragement, and trauma-informed care. The program integrates educational support with therapeutic services, allowing staff to make a meaningful impact through ongoing assessment, crisis intervention, and individual, family, and group therapy. Team members collaborate with youth and families to develop strength-based service plans, monitor progress, and support the development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive life choices.
If you are passionate about prevention, rehabilitation, and creating pathways for young people to thrive, whether at school, at home, or in their communities, the Day Reporting Center offers a purpose-driven environment where your work truly matters.
