At Brook Lane, we believe recovery begins with compassion, structure, and human connection. As a Mental Health Associate (MHA) in our inpatient programs, you’ll be a vital part of the treatment team—supporting patients during critical moments in their mental health journey and helping create a safe, therapeutic environment where healing can begin.
This role is well-suited for individuals who are empathetic, resilient, and motivated by purposeful, hands-on work.
Mental Health Associates work directly with patients of all ages within Brook Lane’s inpatient units. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and providers to support treatment plans and ensure patient safety, dignity, and engagement in care.
Each shift brings variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
This is an active, on-site role that requires both physical and emotional engagement:
Brook Lane is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our inpatient services are designed to meet patients where they are—offering structure, dignity, and hope.
