Our client in the Fashion and Retail Industry is seeking to recruit a dynamic and customer-focused Menswear Sales/Client Relations Representative to drive sales growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will provide style consultations, manage customer orders, coordinate with production teams, and serve as a strong ambassador for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into loyal clients.
• 
  Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• 
  Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• 
  Manage customer orders from initial consultation through to delivery.
• 
  Conduct client measurements and fitting appointments for bespoke garments.
• 
  Provide professional styling advice based on customers' preferences, body type, budget, and occasion.
• 
  Communicate detailed order specifications to the production team.
• 
  Promote the brand and maintain a professional image at all times.
• 
  Stay informed about current fashion trends and styling techniques.
• 
  Act as the primary liaison between clients and the production, marketing, and administrative teams.
• 
  Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• 
  Maintain detailed customer profiles and communicate client feedback to relevant teams.
• 
  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and periodic sales and customer activity reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Sales, or a related field.
• 
  Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, luxury retail, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
•

  Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• 
  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  Professional grooming and presentation.

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer orders.

  Knowledge of fashion trends and styling is an added advantage.
