Saucon Valley Country Club is committed to delivering an exceptional country club experience to our members and guests — each and every day. We are currently seeking a full-time Men's Locker Lounge Server/Bartender to join our team and honor this timeless tradition.

In this role, you will work exclusively in the Men's Locker Lounge, providing personalized food and beverage service to our members and their guests. We are looking for a professional who possesses strong serving and bartending skills, a dedication to hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service in the lounge area
  
• Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and bar areas
  
• Building rapport with members to create a welcoming and memorable experience
  
• Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  
• Handling member requests with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion
  

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• Prior serving and bartending experience (country club or fine dining preferred)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older (due to alcohol service requirements)
