Job Description

Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant, the Mendomi program leads to enhanced retention, employee success, and effectiveness for the employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant.
2. Coach, Facilitate or Lead improvement Mendomi events. 3. Act as a liaison for the plant, to gather ideas, boost participation and sustain interest in Mendomi.
4. Create communication strategies to promote and encourage participation in wellness programs. 5. Conduct program assessments and employee surveys to assess priorities in Mendomi development.
6. Utilize Employee engagement in ideas and implementation of program improvements.
7. Develop plant level engagement activities for Mendomi.
8. Develop creative program materials, including promotional items and communicate clearly and effectively. Mendomi activities through multiple venues, such as developing an ongoing article in the NAL newsletter.
9. Maintains, provides, and disseminates information and materials regarding the Mendomi program.
10. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
11. Performs all other duties as required.

The salary range for this position is $41,400 - $65,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.

Requirements

1. Meets one of the following education and experience requirements

a. Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline plus 2 to 4 years of experience

b. High School Diploma plus 4 to 6 years of related experience.

(Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred)

2. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

a. Ability to organize, plan, and handle multiple priorities

b. Analytical and problem solving skills

c. Computer Skills – proficient using standard business software (including MS Office)

d. Written and verbal communications and presentation skills

e. Leadership and coaching skills that positively interacts with employees and business objectives

f. Ability to work and function in a team environment

g. Interpersonal skills – to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority and maintain professional demeanor in stressful and/or sensitive situations
