Your Opportunity:

A Men Shoes Designer plays an important role in supporting the development of innovative and high-quality women’s footwear, aligned with the brand’s vision and seasonal direction. He/she/they will contribute to design activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure that designs are aesthetically compelling, technically feasible, and commercially relevant.

Your Contribution:

• Research trends, materials, and macro themes, contributing inspiration and ideas to the team.

• Support the design of women’s footwear within collection guidelines, ensuring creativity while respecting technical constraints.

• Collaborate with the Head of Design, Print, Production, and other teams in prototype development, fittings, and design refinement.

• Prepare technical drawings and notes to assist in translating concepts into producible footwear.

• Assist in managing multiple projects across seasons, ensuring alignment with timelines and business needs.

Your Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in footwear design, preferably in women’s fashion or luxury footwear.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of shoe construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other design tools.

• Strong creative and technical skills, with attention to detail and awareness of fashion trends.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
