As a Clare Bridge Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our dementia care program to life—leading engaging, person-centered experiences that enhance quality of life for residents while guiding and supporting a team of caregivers.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll design and oversee meaningful programs rooted in each resident’s unique story, preferences, and abilities. You’ll also coach and collaborate with your team to ensure care and programming are delivered with compassion, consistency, and excellence.

Part and Full Time Benefits Eligibility
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
