Position-Memory Care Support Partner
Position Type: Part TimeLocation:  St. Charles, Missouri  Our starting wage for Memory Care Support Partners is:   $18.00-$26.25 per hour! 

Shift Schedule- Sunday & Monday 7am-3pm Come join our team at The Boulevard Senior Living located at 3330 Ehlmann Rd. St. Charles, Missouri 63301! We are looking for someone (like you): ●      To be an “Advocate of Empathy” Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments●       To be a Patient Observer Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success●       To be a Master of the Mise en Scène The French expression used to describe the art of creating a story through the physical environment, ‘mise en scène’ means being responsible for setting the stage for a successful day. From preparing your dining room for breakfast to setting up the library for an event, to preparing the resident’s room for their nighttime routine, you are the guide through the resident’s experience●       To be a Life Partner Partnering with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep●       To be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition●       To assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods

About The Boulevard Senior Living - St. Charles

The Boulevard Senior Living features a total of 180 apartments including 90 independent living apartments, 62 assisted living apartments, and 28 memory care apartments. The community is located at the corner of Harry S. Truman Blvd. and Ehlmann Road.

The independent living lodge features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and washer/dryer units. All apartments will have a senior-friendly design with safety features to offer peace of mind to residents and their families. The lodge also has beautiful common areas to encourage socialization, including a theater, social lounge, country kitchen, indoor swimming pool, and private dining room for family functions.

The assisted living neighborhood will feature state-of-the-art technology to help be proactive in monitoring resident's safety and well-being. Also, all care with be customized through our individualized care program, so that residents only pay for the services that they utilize and can truly age in place.

All memory care apartments are private and designed for the comfort of cognitively impaired residents, including walk-in showers, height-appropriate fixtures, and locking cabinets to help protect residents from harm. The secure cottage will feature life stations to keep residents active and give them a sense of accomplishment.
