As a Membership Sales Leader, you’ll inspire new memberships, support existing members, and help the daily operations of the club. You’ll connect with prospective members, guide tours, and close sales while also supporting the front-line team with service, problem solving, and smooth club operations. You’ll ensure every member and guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited to be part of our community at our Illinois Center location Downtown.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experienced preferred; if you are motivated to start a new sales career than we’d like to speak with you too!
• Must have exceptional phone communication skills, with a thick skin - working with a sense of urgency
• Task-oriented, taking great notes and efficiently entering data into our CRM database
• Initiative, organization, team skills, and a desire to learn are critical and could make or break this opportunity
