What You'll Be Known For

  • Creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.
  • Owning every phone call with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Building genuine relationships that lead to memberships and long-term loyalty.
  • Following through on every detail and never letting opportunities slip by.
  • Taking ownership of your performance and consistently achieving sales goals.
What You'll Do

  • Deliver a five-star guest experience from check-in through check-out.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
  • Educate guests on the value of our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
  • Help retain members by creating experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Support daily retreat operations while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For

  • A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
  • Sales-minded with a passion for helping guests find the right solutions.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable for results.
  • Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and dependable.
  • Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Schedule Expectations

  • 30-35 hours per week
  • 4-5 shifts each week
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Flexible, open availability strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to support both Buckhead and Brookhaven locations when needed
Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Performance bonuses based on membership sales
  • Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for team members who maintain strong performance, attendance, and meet eligibility requirements
