Contract: Full time – permanent

The Private Members’ Club at 3Arena represents the pinnacle of hospitality in Ireland, delivering a seamless, elevated entertainment experience. We provide an exciting sanctuary for members who want to enjoy live performances without sacrificing comfort or convenience. We’re seeking a Membership Executive to join our fun, passionate team and share in delivering a personalised experience for our members. No two shows are the same, and you’ll be at the heart of it all—supporting members, managing bookings, and ensuring every visit to the Club is memorable. This is an office-based role with occasional show-night responsibilities.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or membership-based role, ideally within a premium, hospitality, or service-led environment (one year of experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using digital tools and systems; previous experience using a CRM platform is an advantage
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

What the role includes

  • Deliver personalised support for Members and Founding Partners via phone and email
  • Use CRM and ticketing platforms to manage membership accounts and provide ongoing support
  • Work closely with our Membership Manager to monitor show sales, manage ticket holds, and maintain accurate updates within the members' online account management system
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared to support daily operations
  • Prepare and distribute member communications in line with the standards of the Private Members' Club
  • Own the co-ordination of show preparation activities ensuring that key tasks are completed on schedule
  • Represent the Private Members' Club on show nights, supporting reception operations and ensuring a seamless member experience
  • Take ownership of assigned membership-related tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
