Great things start here

Join our team of business professionals doing meaningful work in an organisation that’s ever evolving. Work with people who care and expand your career with opportunities only a diverse business can provide. With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.

About the opportunity

As the Membership & Digital Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving coordination, alignment and momentum across a portfolio of key strategic initiatives.

You will establish and chair the operating cadence that keeps work moving; championing a lightweight fortnightly rhythm where teams commit to achievable outcomes, review progress and clear blockers. You will make sure decisions land when they need to, agreed actions are completed, and reporting gives leaders an honest view of progress, priorities and risks.

Partnering with teams across the business, you will build trusted relationships to bring people together, drive accountability, remove barriers, and create an environment where teams can deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead delivery coordination across strategic Membership & Digital initiatives.

  • Establish and embed a fortnightly delivery cadence that promotes transparency, accountability and progress.

  • Facilitate governance forums, planning sessions, delivery reviews and stakeholder check-ins.

  • Track actions, decisions, risks and dependencies, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.

  • Develop concise, insights-driven reporting for senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Foster collaboration across teams and build alignment around shared outcomes.

  • Equip leaders with a clear, current view of progress across strategic priorities, so risks surface early and decisions land quickly.

What you’ll need to be successful

We're looking for a highly organised and influential professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing structure, focus and accountability to strategic initiatives.

You’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in PMO, governance, delivery, program management, or a similar role.

  • Experience working within Technology, Digital or transformation environments.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Experience preparing executive reporting, presentations and governance materials.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to facilitate discussions, drive decisions and hold stakeholders accountable.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Jira and Confluence.

There’s so much on offer when you join RACV

  • A flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home

  • Generous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care

  • RACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts

  • Monthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners
