ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a seasonal full-time role until January 2027. We are recruiting for 2 roles, one to join our Sixers team and one to join our Thunder team. The primary focus of these roles is to contribute to the delivery of key functions in the Big Bash Membership Program, with the aim of driving member growth and enhancing the member experience.

YOU WILL

  • Answer inbound member queries within a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake outbound member calls to non-renewed members and general member service calls
  • Represent the Sydney Sixers or Sydney Thunder on match day by servicing members, selling
    memberships, or working at Club functions (as required)
  • Process new memberships and membership renewals through Ticketmaster’s Archtics, whilst
    ensuring that all data is entered correctly
  • Assist in the delivery of other areas of the Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers Consumer
    Program as required

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary Level Qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including excel
  • Experience in using Ticketmaster’s Archtics (desirable)
  • Experience in Sports administration (desirable)
